Why is it that when kabam get something wrong there is no transparency. Not even an acknowledgement that something is wrong. This week alone there has been maintenance 3 times once during AQ ending. Late rewards on AQ glory (some still yet to receive) now SA is delayed by a good 15hrs to when it's normally out. Yet there is nothing to say sorry or why?. Yet new deals are always there on time for you to spend your money. It has become a little bit of a joke this year. I will still play because I love the game (when it works properly) just getting annoying with so many mistakes in a short space of time.

I've actually never played a game that has so many issues as this one does. And we all know it's big business as people spend a lot of money on the game. Just be happy for it to run as it should with no interruptions.

Please let your consumers know why this keeps happening.

Of course you wouldnt. Anybody playing the game long enough knows that if something goes wrong kabam wont communicate unless its serious or there is an outcry.

Kabam also wouldn't mess up any chance where they can actually benefit from which is why theres never any problems with deals

These calanders happen yearly, this is one is a good one I agree..... But these things have happened before this calendar and have been happening a lot this year. Its nice that you think I'm a noob though

I've been playing 5 years and run my own alliance. So do your research before you talk. It was a general question about transparency from kabam. Maybe you should stop being a fanboy and see why people are upset at everything. Or are you a noob?

These Calendars have only happened twice. Including the current one.

How does one “research” how long you claim to be playing the game?

Personally I am not interested in the tech details of whatever caused a server crash (or whatever it was). This is a video game, emphasis on the word "game". I am not entitled to have Kabam explain every glitch. Some people feel otherwise, for sure.

Every software application has problems. How Kabam's compare to other game developers, I have no clue, and your anecdote ("I've actually never played a game that has so many issues as this one") means zip.

Seriously, folks, if you cannot enjoy playing a mobile video game of superheroes and villains battling it out, then move on. Try checkers. No software glitches in that game.

Wait so are you upset that the SA rewards didnt come in or just felt like complaining?

Personally I've noticed there is always more frequent maintenance close to and after an update

Seems sketchy how you say that these calendars happen yearly but have only happened for 2 years yet you say you've been playing for 5 years

@Notsavage19 that's really not good and I hope you have recovered from it. But that's not really in the same context is it? It's more like being born and having a birthday yearly.

Just because it happened twice doesn't mean it's guaranteed to happen again. Unless Kabam announces it as yearly, it's never certain.

Unless you choose not to have a birthday, then it's not. There's no guarantee that the 3-month calendar will be back next year. It's very popular in most everyone's opinion. Kabam could go in a different direction next year though. Having it twice doesn't make it yearly. Summoner Appreciation happens yearly, the events around it do tend to change up a bit.

You want them to explain crashes on servers that they don’t own?

Hey there, we already have a thread going for the SA and AQ rewards issues that some players are experiencing and are working on a fix for those currently. You can find the thread for this in the Bugs and Known Issues section of the forums here. As for maintenance, when it needs to occur, we always work to give players as much helpful information as possible, including best estimates on when the game will be back up again.
