So I got the in game message but the box was open and no rewards

    I had the same issue. I logged in about 15 minutes ago and saw a new message. It was S.A. awards but, like you said, the box was opened and nothing was attached.

    There was no claimable item in the mail.


    And the stash was empty.

    I got a 1st mail msg for Sum Adv, it was for Rank Rewards. Items WERE there, and could claim them, but it did not actually tell me what Rank % range we were in (I knew what range we were, but Msg just didn’t include that info like normally does).

    Later got 2nd Mail Msg for Sum Adv, it was for Milestone Rewards. Items WERE there and could claim them.

    Items seemed correct in both cases. Msgs didn’t actually say they were for either Rank or Milestone, just that they were for Sum.Adv. (but looking at rewards I could tell which was which).
