Correct way to put in user name for Marvel Insider Rewards

I am a US citizen living in the US, but never have been able to redeem Marvel Insider rewards. Am I putting in my user name wrong? I have tried with and without alliance name (in brackets [ ]), all lowercase, initial uppercase... Nothing seems to work.

    You do it without the brackets or alliance tags. You only want the name as it appears on the screenshot

    Gl I’ve tried getting rewards from that everytime it says rewards sent but I don’t get em so I gave up trying

    No change after putting in unusuality. Does it matter if your login is tied to Kabam or not? Mine is tied to google play, not Kabam.

    When you fill the form to get it, you should see rewards arrival date.
