AQ is going to be your most consistent source of T4CC so getting into a Map 3-4 alliance (I’m guessing you’re fairly new, judging by the question) will generate Map 3-5 crystals each week in the milestone rewards along with a chunk of glory which you can spend on T4CC crystals in the glory store.

Master MEQ gives 50%? of a T4CC in fragments, whilst Uncollected will give you a fully formed one. The side quest also has fragments as well at the various difficulties

There’s also 1 crystal towards the end of each monthly login calendar and there’s a couple floating about in the Summoner Appreciation.

If you’ve not completed all of the objectives there’s at least one in there too.
