Cutscene History - why are any Monthly EQ pushed down to bottom of list ?

When a Monthly EQ has a final CUTSCENE (like at end of Missing Links this month, of which others have already shown who appears in it), and then you go back into HOME - SETTINGS to view the Cutscene History List, any Monthly EQ always is listed only after a very long gap of UNUSED rows after however many ACT's you have done.
Can’t this be listed any better than that ?
People may not even know they can continue to scroll down and down to eventually find the current Monthly EQ Cutscene (if the month actually has one), to view it again.
...and last pic, FYI, for anyone who doesn’t know History of Cutscenes (Act's and only current Monthly) are even available to view again, shows where to find them, scroll down within the main SETTINGS screen itself...
