crystal shard crystals missing

I got pretty much premium crystal pieces,3-star crystal pieces & 4-star crystal pieces from crystal shard crystal offer.after when i opened shard crystals tab.i couldn't find newly added pieces of premium,3-star,4-star crystal pieces.I spent 700 units on the crystal shards offer.but i got nothing.i have lost my 700 units and i lost my newly added crystal pieces.so i request you please check my account and solve my issue.i dont want to miss them.

Don’t waste Units buying either Crystal Shard Crystals, nor Feature Hero Crystals.
Save for buying good Rankup Offers (but NOT the ones that pop up after opening a hero crystal).

And Forum Mods here do not have access to game accounts, you’ll need to submit a ticket to Support (from Settings page within Game), if by now the shards are still not showing up.
