Connecting issue

From yesterday I have been trying to login to my game but it crashes after some time saying u have connection problem although my internet is working fine .
I am using android phone

    I've also recently been experiencing connection issues when everything is fine and to add on to that, there's intense lag. Everything is fine on my side, has to be from the other end
