Wishlist Characters and Masteries

Is it possible to get Spider-Man’s Doppleganger and Toxin, maybe on a Halloween event. If not Toxin because I think we have had a few new cosmic characters maybe Ultimate Goblin for the Halloween event. Masteries I was thinking as a utility possibly one where you can get rid of a buff in story quest. It can be a 3 tier upgrade where you can do a 25% reduction and then 50 % and lastly the whole thing. This is something I think that would be worth getting and the players would do whatever it would take to unlock the mastery and upgrade it.
