    Guillotine 2099 is the best Tech champion in terms of both damage and utility, miles beyond Warlock, Sentinel, and even Ghost. She has power control, regen, the highest damage potential in the game, reverse healing, and double immunities. Also got me 6.1.5 Crossbones and 6.2.2 Mr. Sinister one-shots in the same day.
