Bluetooth Audio Delay (APTX HD)

I have a Razer Phone and a Bluetooth APTX HD Headset, both work perfectly (No audio delay) with all apps except MCOC that remains with an AUDIO DELAY.
Do we have to configure something specific in game? Or is it that MCOC don't support free delay Bluetooth audio connection?

    How does device compensate for normal video with inherent Bluetooth audio delay ?
    Does it purposely delay the Video Display portion to also match what inherent delay there is in the audio ?

    If so, graphics in game may not have that visual delay oded into it.

    Can you check if other things beside video have or don’t have a sync problem with the audio. Like maybe clicks on the keyboard, or other such non-video stuff, or other games.
