Missing items from crystals
I may get a warning for this but honestly I don’t care. Ban me from the game.
So I require 4 Science T4cc to r5 Void.
I decide to open some t4cc class catalyst crystals to try to get some.
As things go I end up pulling 26 mutant T4cc from my crystals, typically I only get 3 Science when I need 4, but hey luck of the draw.
So I check my inventory I have 16/16 mutant go to overflow I have 8 mutant in there, that’s 24 in total. Hang on I just pulled 26 of them & had some in my stash already. Granted I can’t remember how many I had in stash, but I still somehow have less than I pulled from crystals. I haven’t rank anyone up so wtf.
I raise a ticket through support, they reply that the email I used to contact them isn’t the one on my in game account, funnily enough the email I used is my game log in email address but hey why let facts get in the way.
They ask me to verify various things about my account, ok I can do that or most of it. They ask me 6 things about my account 5 I answer, the 6th is tell them my 1st 2 real money purchases on the game. I’ve been playing 4 years, I have no idea at all what my 1st 2 purchases were, oh & they also want the date of these purchases.
I reply with the 5 facts about my account along with a guess of the purchases telling I can’t remember purchases from 4 years ago.
They reply again that they need this information about purchases.
I sent them a screenshot of my crystal opening items, proof there were 26, they can check my account & see I only have 24 in total & can check my rank ups to see I haven’t ranked up anyone.
What is the problem why can they not just say sorry we may have an issue with the inventory we can see from your screenshot & account that something is wrong.
Let’s be honest there’s lots of problems currently with the game & things not working as they should. Why can they not comprehend this fault also.
I’m not asking for money back I just want what I have earned.
