Nick Fury in abyss

Hey I'm just wondering if anyone else has come across an issue like this. Reviving Fury so he's in his second phase, but the tactical charges aren't permanent and keep falling off after using sp1. What am I missing?

    Who you fighting? Is his fury there?. I'm sure you already know but he needs his fury buff to keep his tac charges from falling off

    We’re you fighting someone with the potential to remove his fury? For example mordo and the mystic abyss node

    I'm assuming mordo. He nullfies your fury after a while.
