You don't even have enough champs to do AQ and AW at the same time. Find an AQ only alliance and develop your roster more. If you can find a map 5 alliance that will take you, great.

We actually do 3bg and 100% all the time, no mods, our prestige starts at 6.5k and rises to about 10k

thats why. You have to run mods. My former alliance ran 55444 44444 44433 and got 90 million points. Heroic mods are super easy

are we talking war or AQ? AQ difficulty ramps up the higher your ally prestige is... If you're a small fish in a big pond, you're more likely to struggle in AQ. Find something that pushes you, but doesn't require you to drop items to get through it. You're better off spending glory to rankup instead of dumpling it all back into AQ/AW items.

I'm currently in a 26m ally and we run map 4 with master mods and by day 5, nodes are about 18k so people with 5* R4 even struggle at times if a modifier wrecks them (plus the horrible disconnects that has everyone on eggshells since last week).

I used to run map5 AW(before mods were a thing) with a 4* roster in an 8m ally and the nodes were much lower, but took more coordinated movement by all BGs. The clock was more of a concern than the fights because the defenders weren't all that tough.

For AW, yeah, you probably belong somewhere in mid silver, if you fight well and can handle some bigger fights ok. I guess we'll see where some of the lower prestige allies land at the end of the season though. Some will probably get pushed into bronze from gold.
