I am in need of a championship that can counter Biohazard and other debuff inflicting nodes. I have the resources to take up one of these to rank 5 (5*)

Medusa isn't bleed immune and is terrible for biohazard. Ghost is amazing but only immune if you are good at playing her. Guilly seems like the clear choice for what you want.

Definitely Ghost - she actually benefits from fighting Biohazard (and Freezerburn - the Incinerate/Coldsnap version of it) because when she phases the debuffs it gives her fury.

You generally want to avoid attacking into their block because that doesn't use the crit passive and so you cannot immediately phase the resulting poison, but attacking into their block is counter to Ghost strategy anyway.

Simple cycle - phase, let them attack you once or twice then immediately retaliate, as soon as you get the bleed from biohazard, phase back again, repeat. A couple of champs can make this difficult because they inflict armour break so you cannot phase, or if they have a multi-hit attack which can throw off your retaliation rhythm (but can work around one once you can hit-match them), but otherwise - Ghost all day.
