6 star rank 3+?

Why hasn't anyone gone past rank 3 on a 6 star yet? Are the required resources unobtainable or too hard to get? What do you need to rank up to rank 4?

    obvious answer would be, as you mentioned, resources too hard to get

    No, they're actually unobtainable.
    R4 requires 3 T6BC (yes, 6) which hasn't been released into the game yet.

    Edit: and T3A, also not released yet.
