    Spot starter at best, maybe the 8th guy on the roster who's a good 3 point shooter but not THAT good that he gets quality minutes outside of garbage time.

    In all seriousness, though, he's okay. Locked On is good in certain instances, such as facing Electro. It completely removed that while it's active. His Bleed is alright, but outside of that, he's not amazing. Nice to have, but I wouldn't rely on him once you get to harder content.

    The only thing falcon has that is any good also doesn't last long enough to be useful in proper content.
