I just 100% explored Variant 2 and I got my long-desired mutant 4-5 rank up gem. Who should I use it on? I don’t run suicides.

Also, if you vote Omega Red, should I invest all my sigs into Cap IW (sig 120 5/65) or Omega Red (sig 120 5/65)?

Without suicides, I'd take Colossus. If you're planning on getting suicides though, I'd take OR.

I would say that because colossus is unawakened, omega is better. sure, colossus is great unawakened, but I can tell you first hand that his sig makes him much more enjoyable and effective in longer fights

Omega Red (Awakened Sig 120)

I’m sure you know all about these 2 together, but I wouldn’t do Colossus without the signature. I have more fun with OR+Sabertooth synergy and think he’s quite good without suicides. The effect doesn’t last forever anyway. The key point is that you need to be prepared to include ST without the suicides, or else keeping that degen on could get frustrating.
