Alliance Quest - Score / Point Calculation

Hi Guys,

I'm not sure if this topic has been touched in the past or has been updated recently but wanted to know the Break Down and Calculation system of Alliance Quests for Different maps with modifiers attached.

Have been having a doubt on how Honor Points & Rank Points work in the AQ.

Any help regarding the overall 5 Day calculation would be appreciated

Bonus Points (per BG, per day) toward overall AQ Series.
Honor Points (per BG, per day) toward it's own separate Peak Honor Milestone.

(besides these, AQ points in general adjust each day, along with PI strength of nodes, based on adjusted +/- AQ Prestige each day, but probably not what you are asking about).

Charts below show the various points, in columns (per BG) for each succeeding day that you have Completed (beaten boss, doesn’t have to be full 100%) a BG, and then use a different Modifier for that BG from what the BG has already Completed.

So BG1 starts in column 1. Each day BG1 beats Boss Doom using a Modifier (of any difficulty) you will advance to next column for next day (so long as next day uses a different/unique Modifier from what that same BG has already Completed in prior days).
Doesn’t matter if you change Map or change Modifier Difficulty group, you will have advanced to next column (**).
**But if you do re-run a BG's previously Completed modifier in that same BG again, then you stay on the same Column the next day (and not advance to next column).

Similarly, BG2 and BG3 each track their own separate path in the Points Chart, based on just their own BG's Completion performance.

And “Unique Completed” Modifiers are on a “per BG” basis, separate from what the other BG's have run.

I’d also suggest MaddogHT’s AQ calculator. It’s a great tool to breakdown your week and what score you could potentially achieve. Great for figuring out your honor rewards as well. Link is here:

Hello and thank you for this incredibly useful information. I had a question regarding modifiers. If you complete a modifier on one map, would you get points completing the same modifier on a different level map (same BG)?

You always get modifier points (Bonus and Honor) when completing any map, it just depends what row (map #, plus difficulty group the modifier is from) and column (unique #) for points you will get. (although, guessing that's not your real question).

As to whether the Unique column advances if you use for example a particular Modifier on day-1 on Map-4, and then on day-2 you use the same Modifier again but this time doing higher Map-5 (by that same BG) ?

NO, the Unique column will not advance because that BG has already completed a map using that Modifier. Doesn’t matter whether it is now on a different MAP or not.

But at least you do move to that other Map's “row” for points, even though you stay within the same column as where you were at the previous day.
