Silver Surfer and Storm Slower Recovery Time After Being Knocked Down
Silver Surfer has always had this 'bug' or oddity in that he takes about twice as long to complete his stand up animation after being knocked down. Recently I noticed that Storm is also exhibiting this behaviour and takes an extended time to recover after being knocked down. Since any attack you launch at them before they complete their animation whiffs, this throws off the normal timing that we are used to dealing with against every other champion. This means any follow up attack usually gets punished as you whiff through their model and then they hit you because the timing is off. Since it's only these two champions where this happens I believe it should be brought into line with all the other champions.
