2017 and before gems not working..?

So today i wanted to rank up my 5* archangel and it only gives me the option to rank him up with the class rank up gem(the time i have 100ed the variant 5 someone help me)

The team is aware of it, and this is how it's currently coded to work.
Don't know if contacting support would do anything here, or just wait until a future update changes the way you use the gems

Use the search tool next time apareado threads about it

You need to contact support in order for them to change it. I believe you rank up then they change the gems out afterwards

Why is it so complicated for kabam who knows
