There are q lot of champs who need to be metal tagged but arent.

Any champ with swords should be metal lol.

Vibranium? Metal. So KM all the Bps, all the Captain America’s (taskmaster is metal tagged so should captain America right?)

For the sake of Balance they don't do every character with Swords or Guns or Blood, there has to be a line drawn.
Also no Cap and the Black Panthers/Killmonger shouldn't be because Vibranium another one of the Metals Magneto can't Manipulate, MAYBE Classic and WWII Cap because their Shields have other Alloys and Metals in it but maybe the Vibranium Bits cancel out the others or something.

Ok had to look this up, it's been inconsistent over the years but in the majority of cases Magneto says he cannot effect Cap's Shield.

The oddest one to me is Nova. I’m not that familiar with the character but he seems to be encased in metal.
