Can't claim potions and revives from my stash. SOS!

Hi. As you can see in the video I am currently in Abyss of Legends and I need potions and revives from my stash in order to finish it, but I can't claim them! I have already reinstalled the game and tried another device.

What am I supposed to do here? Should I use revives and potions which I was saving for my next path? Am I going to lose all the items that I have in my stash just because I can't claim them, including most of the items from the 3k unit bundle?

I reported the same problem 4 days ago. Had the problem 6 days. Very concerning!! I don’t want to sell these potions I worked hard to earn. Already sold 4 level 3 team potions about to have to sell about 5 more.😡
