Civil Warrior debuff decrease

I tried to defeat WS solo with Civil Warrior and

Ok so im not the best and his damage sucks because

That many hits didn't kill him but i got hit several times and survived a while and thats pretty good for a r3 also I saw a decent decrease in the debuff

So could this be good against mass debuff champions and if he got a damage buff could he be a god tier or low demi god tier?

the debuff damage is cut off so ill just say it the damage from the debuff is 43 instead of 170

I've proposed this before and I'll say it here.

Each of Civil Warrior's armor up buffs increase his attack by 7%.

Each of Civil Warrior's armor up passives increase his attack by 15%.

Awakened Ability: Civil Warrior has a 100% chance to convert x% of his armor up passives to the next fight.

I believe that when he’s awakened each armor up reduces special damage by a certain amount, should try it with my r4 4*

He's got good animations and somewhat decent utility. He just needs a small uptune to be good

You are noticing his bleed/poison resistance. If you get enough armor stacks, he is effectively double immune
