Heart of the shards crystal is it bugged

in Bugs and Known Issues
Took screenshots but for some unknown reason cant access them to post, it shows I can buy 1 if I select quantity it goes red then when I press on it it shows ALL the pieces available but I dont have all I have alot of 1 piece but short the rest I did not continue to buy because i dont want to risk getting banned and loose my callender logging progress so I figured I report it rather instead, not sure if it's just an interface problem or an actual bug, but heads up if it is

    The white number on the screen might be a small Bug, but you can‘t buy it. If you click the necessary buttons it doesn‘t work.

    When you continue to click through as if buying, it will then go and prompt you WHICH pieces you are missing. It will not actually let you finalize unless you actually have all pieces.
    No worry, no bug.
