You can get green cores from completing the classic variants (except variant 1).
The others you have to buy with units.

This is the most barebones masteries you need to be effecient with the game.
Beyond this I would suggest going the Despair/deepwounds/assassin route.

Use units to purchase it from Store.

Very long ago, there was an event which allows getting the Stony and Carbonadium cores.

Otherwise, it is purchase from Store.

I remember pulling one from the Civil War event

Stony core is available on back issues quest.

Blue one ---> buy with units.

Stop spending money/units on potions/crystals/etc to get through Act-5 with a weaker roster and mastery setup, and spend that towards your Mastery instead.
It will go a long way towards helping you avoid spending as much later on.

agree with this. I'd recommend going for willpower too

For now before clearing 5.1.6 I was thinking about unlocking willpower and before that giving 1 more point to defense and then unlock will power.

Also, if the screenshots you posted originally are out of date, it would be helpful to have your latest set up.

    There is only 1 change.
There is 1 point in physical resistance that's it.
    Rest all is same

Even with that 1 change, you really need to completely redo them differently.
Actually too much to list that you should change, except for basically saying remove all of what you currently have.

Sample guide listed by earlier person is good start, but then I think leaves several more available, which you may want to add 1 in Salve, 3 in Recovery, and then however many in Stand Your Ground to unlock Willpower (just 1 in Perfect Block, none in Resistances) if you want to go that way of just 1 in Willpower.

(edit, if you’re only Level 42, Willpower will probably be a ways off, since greater Cruelty/Precision 4/5 or 5/5 is much better needed as part of basic package).
