Is 6* Luke Cage worth resources

Hey! I got Luke Cage from my first 6* crystal, is he worth anything? Should i level and tier up him?

He's worth 1/25. Worth 2/35 Duped. Hes suprisingly underused due to heavy competition in science class but he isn't a bad pull at all

Bleed-proof, good physical resistance, surprisingly good damage - especially with The Champion synergy.

Definitely level him up - he's a potential candidate for R2, if you like him.
