Who to take to R5 first? SpiderGwen or She Hulk?

Don't have a slow champ at R5 for war or questing and have both SpiderGwen and She Hulk at R4.
SpiderGwen is a stubborn champ and so might help more in war and has good attack+enervate. And I have Venom at R5
She Hulk has the taunt and passive fury increasing damage. And the poison immunity as well.
Both can reduce power gain/healing.
Which one would be better for R5?

    i absolutely love shehulk, incrdible damage when u ramp her furies up, has immunities, slow, weakness, exhaustion, petrify, and once you awaken her her sig ability destroys most opponents

    Her taunt is very underrated and she does way more damage than spider gwen once ramped up.
