R4 Red magneto or Colossus (doesn't have him will have to wait then)?

I have a 2016 mutant gem and a r3 magneto. Should I just r4 him or wait to pull Colossus and r4 him? (Have to complete 6.2 and beyond)

    Personally, I wouldn’t rank up Red Magneto. However, many people enjoy him, so if you do, rank him up. Otherwise, wait for Colossus.

    I haven't used red mags but if he's as cool as Colossus I'd like to rank him up...any1 who has experience with both these champs guide me if mags' worth it.
