Well, Female size usually considers to be Small and Male characters size is considered to be Medium unless we are talking of characters like she hulk, Hulk, Abomination etc.

For your Nick question the best answer is of all the comics I have red and even in real life, it is very rare almost close to impossible that people have large heights. Large means having height more than 15 or 20 or maybe even more, now you calculate. If you think large means 6,7 or 8 F then you are wrong.

You get what I am talking about right. Think practically and you will know what I mean.
