Act 5 Chapter 3.3 Blue key missing

Hi, guys. I need help. It seems like there's no blue key here. Is it bugged? I completed 5.3.1 and 5.3.2 already. And I'm on the last path now in this quest, but there's nowhere to find this key here.

    Is the tech key from the next quest? Because I see a tech key there.

    Have to jump around between later quests in order to get some keys to finish up earlier quests 100%

    You probably used the tech key from completion on another path somewhere else

    I got tech key from next quest. Thanks. I' going back to it.
