Why do people think that Ice Man is "god tier"??

He has decent damage, direct damage, tank more L3 than Magneto and he has triple immunity

Its probably his damage output

When a champ can easily bypass what players consider to be the most challenging of obstacles with ease they tend to get that title. When considering AW alone I would classify Iceman as god tier. AQ6 gem as well

Damage is not decent when you compare him to champs like Archangel, X-23 or Gwenpool bro..... And his ice armor isn't active 100% of the time like Magneto's is

Triple immunity is good when you get hit, or good for suicides. If you play perfectly you shouldn't get hit

I read that poll, and the Iceman hype needs to die, he is not the only champ that can counter evade, and he is not the only champ that can tank an l3....
His damage isn't good compared to other champs either

Name one champ that bypasses evade from the start of the fight til the end. Add that to his triple immunities, the fact that frostbites aren't considered debuffs and his ability to take an l3 like it was a basic hit and tell me why he is overhyped.

Magneto can tank multiple l3's from Hyperion, unlike Iceman which requires the ice armor. Triple immunity does NOT matter unless you get hit or run suicides, Evade doesn't matter unless they are stun immune, Crossbones can stop evade right from the beginning with furies

When you combine all of those together though it makes him a great champ.

You can debate who is better Archangel or Iceman, but it would be somewhat silly to debate that he doesn't have abilities that make him far better than other champs.

When champs are stun immune? All or nothing? Bleed/ poison nodes? Can tank 20 l3s? Does damage over time and huge direct damage when breaking frostbite? Plus hes the only one that can immediately stop all evasions down to 0%

His damage is better than 60% of all champions, at least.
Immunity is good against nodes with Bleed or Poison.
Ice Armor is active all the time as long as you play well. So does the coldsnap against champions with Evade.
Also he doens't rely on debuffs to have good damage

Cannot think of a significant weakness for icebro. Arguably one of if not the most well rounded champs in the game.

Saying this champion can also do this and that champion can also do that, would be an argument as to why part of what he can do isn't unique as others can do it. However, if you add up everything useful that iceman can do you won't find another champ that can do all these things too which is why he is the best all round champ and makes him God Tier

Iceman can take more 3rd specials than Magneto unless there have been reductions to the approximately 20% that it is limited to when Magneto is duped. Your argument ignores completely the vulnerabilities that still exist with Magneto (vulnerable to stun, vulnerable to bleed, vulnerable to poison).

Is not a flat 22%. So is not 22 + 22 + 22...
Even with 100 furys, there would still be a chance for the enemy to evade

Immunity doesnt matter if you play like an absolute god, they are good in aq, but so are other champs bros

Its multiplicative not additive. (0.22^5) * 100 = ability reduction.

running suicides with ArchAngel in AQ, he will die after a few matches without using Pots.

Iceman won't. ... and iceman can tank sp3's losing next to no health. and can handle evade.

Based on your comments and lack of insight on champs capabilities and what makes them so great makes me doubt you play at the level of a "god." I feel you may need to get your hands on this champ and get him awakened asap and get a better understanding of him.
