22 hour solo events are now different for players??

I used to have the same 22 hour event as the rest of my ally. Now it seems mine are different. I currently have level up. While some of my ally mates have event completion.

When and why did this change??

Might possibly be Progression related (either different RNG for each Progression, or starting point was maybe different for each Progression), or maybe if some ppl skipped a day around the time when Events first were updated. With just 3 before, it was in order, but some ppl's were 1 day behind others for this whole time after Event update.

Or most likely, maybe it is totally RNG different for each player now, just to avoid the constant barrage of “Where is Levelup” all on the same day by whole of forum all at once whenever it doesn’t come up of the first possible day after cooldown 😀 Now can be answered “it's just you”.

From what I have observed is that uncollected and cavalier+ have the same events except for quest completion. There is a quest completion event that is level up for the other title, not sure why but that is the only difference observed.
