Repeating 7 hour Solo Events

The same 7 hour solo events seem to be repeating way too close to each other.

I thought there used to be something in place to make sure it didn't repeat one that had happened within the last four 7 hour events. This no longer seems to be the case.

    The different “Finishing Blow” makes them technically separate events so potential to be back-to-back if just looking at the Class.

    (But yes, Finishing Blow probably should not be looked at when rolling RNG for what event comes up, and then do another RNG for picking Finishing Blow afterwards)
