Havok taking party dmg from colossus but not stunning

Sometimes act 6.3.3 havok boss would get stunned from parry and take dmg from col and sometime he would just take dmg but not get stunned. How is this supposed to work. I have video

    Didn’t think col could parry a projectile not everyone can. If it supposed to be from hitting col wrong ie Deadpool breaking his hand then a non contact hit shouldn’t do parry dmg. I think it’s a bug

    You can parry any attack, but only basic attacks that make contact can apply the stun.
    Havoc's medium attacks don't make contact. They are projectiles, and will not trigger the stun from the parry mastery

    Same way that you can parry IMIW’s medium but it won’t stun unless your name is Proxima.
