This may be a really stupid idea, but ɹǝʇsnqʞlnH and Psylocke has the ability to power lock and not have the opponent trigger special attacks AKA no shocks from EMP mod Hyperion also can stun lock and surfer I think can bypass it
Good ideas tbf but Psylocke's damage is meh and she's not worth r4 just for one path, Hyperion's stun lock is unfortunately RNG reliant, Hulkbuster may work but he gains armor ups which could trigger EMP mod, and I wish Surfer could work but he only takes 100% less damage from shock debuffs.

I heard the 'best' mutant in the entire game, Cable can easily do it. His damage and utility which rival ramped up aegon, destroy that path! Nothing can stand in the way of the all-mighty cable!

Surfer: RIP Psylocke: True Hyperion: It could work, but it is RNG yes Hulk buster: But the opponent's chance that they won't activate specials is low. With Hulkbuster, the AI is usually defensive, which allows Hulkbuster to keep busting
