Just wanted a suggestion as to who would be a good Rank 4 choice among these two based on utility and overall damage and usefulness.

    It all depends on if you want Emma's immunities or not. If your account is a beginning one, maybe Emma will serve you better since due to immunities and and skill-set. If not, I would suggest Havok.

    Havoc is quite a amazing champ, he has one immunity and pretty good attack and prowess.

    Personally I use ny Emma frost a ton more than havok. She super amazing for so much content!

    Tons of immunities, high block prof and tankiness in diamond form.
    And really high crit rate, a ton if prowesses and evade counter in telepath.
