    The shop already exists, it's just that it has 2 items, boosts that aren't that helpful and keys! Pointless currency!

    Yea there’s a crystal trade in for souls at least and maybe keys,..prolly with the update.

    I think OP is asking if there is any extra usage for unused souls before or after the end of side quest, maybe convert into gold or something.

    there will be a trade in yes. for what? no one knows just yet but you'll have a chance to use those souls that remain on something.

    Yes, tradable for some small crystals after event is over. Think the recent in-game mail last couple days even mentioned that as a reminder.
