Best character of each utility in the game.

What I mean by this is who is the best for power control, who is the best for nullify, who is the best for healing block/reverse, who is the best for damage over time, who is the best for debuffs, who is the best for buffs, and who is the best for support. What would you say is the best character for these categories?

    Power Control - Doom
Nullify - probably still Doom, could be Magik
    Heal Block - Archangel (neurotoxin)
DOT - Archangel and BWDO, also Abomination with Red Guardian synergy
    Debuffs - Void
    Buffs - CMM or Hype

There are many more, but these are the top ones off my head.

Power control: Doom (Magik's also great, but Doom has very versatile power control that can work in a ton of situations.)
Nullify: Probably Symbiote Supreme (There are places where stagger doesn't work and he may not be reliable at times because of a lack of crits.)
Heal Block: Easily Warlock, it's not even close (It's super easily accessible and absolutely no one is immune to it.)
DoT: Gotta be Quake (Also NF, AA, HT, OR, Abom with RG, depends on what immunities the opponent has and some other stuff.)
Debuffs: Depends (Claire has super easy access to plenty of debuffs, but they're not potent, Void gains debuffs slower, but the damage is potent and has utility, etc.)
Buffs: Hyperion, Colossus, Magneto, Venom, a lot of champs (Maybe awakened Angela if you need buffs that you don't want to be nullified.)
Evade counter: Quake (Literally makes evade worthless.)
Immunities: Ghost (Turns any damaging debuff into a benefit.)
AAR: Also Quake (AA is also great against non-bleed/poison immunes.)
Regen: Awakened Blade (OG Wolverine is great too, but Blade is the only one with on-demand, unlimited regen.)
And I have no idea what you mean by "support".

    Debuffs: void
    Buffs: venom

    AAR: AA/Magneto vs metal champs
Synergies: tie between apoc, nick, and possibly heimendall

Sorcerer Supreme is the only champion that can regenerate on block. Remember that

why would you only want to regenerate on block when some champions can regenerate at all times!

Power control: Punisher with 5/5 Collared Tech is the best for combat power control, but Passive Power gain then Magik.
Nullify: Quite depends on situation but Sym has insane buff control
    Heal Reversal: Void easily
Heal Block: Magneto vs Metal, but non metal is Warlock.
Debuffs: To wide of a range
Buffs: again to wide of a range
AAR: Quake, no contact no problem
Regeneration: Sorcerer Supreme, Claire with Suicides
    Animal: Tigra
    Support: Heimdall, Nick fury, Apocalypse.

The thing is. The game is so complex there is no single greatest champ for any utility.

Magik is amazing for power control. Unless the opponent gets too much power that it’s hard to get her to 2 bars quickly. Then Doom could be better.

Nullify. You could make the case for BWCV. She nullifies on hit. Unless you need the buff to never even trigger (stagger). You could have SymS or someone else.

So. I don’t see any way a champ is best in 100% of the cases.

Id throw Yondu in the discussion for heal block too, his sp1 heal blocks for 20 seconds if fired off while opponent is in regen
