Made a Black Panther CW concept rework.

I know i am wrong on many level.
But this was just something i created and wrote down before retiring from the game.
I have never done any of these. But have seen people do and they do it quiet right.
But it's a little try. Cheers.


BPCW (rework concept)

Signature Ability : KING'S LEGACY & Panther Insight

King's legacy -
Panther takes -80% damage from projectile impacts & energy attacks.
50% chance to activate Perfect Block while blocking these two type of attacks.
But every projectile impacts (arrow or bomb or granade or cards) & energy attacks has 150% chance to be critical.
He takes that with -80% reduction & yet while restoring he restore the 150% value & can use with his next spacial 1 or 2 or 3 with 200% increased ability accuracy.
**This is depend on signature level.

1st part of Panther Insight -
Panther has a chance to start the fight with TRUE STRIKE & activate Panther Insight and focus to increase his ability accuracy and crit rating.
keep that active for entire fight.
***Depend on signature ability.

2nd part of Panther Insight -
Starts the fight with garantee armour buff Reflect Stun 100% and reflect base attack value with each stun reflect.
Garantee armour break with every parry.
***Need to be dupped.


Immunity -

High tech Wakanda technology and Vibrenium armour gives him certain immunity under certain conditions

ARMOUR BREAK
(100% armour break immunity against science & skill & tech & mystic
50% chance to activate armour break immunity against mutant
No armour break immunity against Cosmic entity)

Immune to POISION 100% safeguard activation for duration of the poision debuff
He takes -50% less basic attack damage while safeguard is active under posion debuff.

Immune to SHOCK & 100% chance to activate True damage whenever under shock debuff & gain double power.

Has 60% chance to take zero damage from BLEED debuff,
Vibrenium armour has a chance to take those selective non damaging bleed debuff & turn them into regeneration of armour with nano technology.
Also he takes 30% less damage from missed non immune bleed debuffs. Unless they are critical bleed.
** Depend on signature level

Coldsnap & Frostbite debuffs gives him the chance to counter and activite weather condition mechanism inside his armour & gives him 80% chance to glance incoming attacks
& 50% Immunity from sub zero.
** Depend on signature level


SPACIAL ATTACKS & Heavy attack

SPACIAL 1
100% armour break &
Opponent suffer from -200% armour reduction.
Each hit places 1 critical bleed on opponents

***With Every HEAVY ATTACK he can refresh bleed

SPACIAL 2 (UNBLOCKBLE UNSTOPPABLE)
Stun opponents for 3 second.
1 Bleed Disorientation Patrify debuff for each hit

***With every heavy attack can refresh those debuffs


SPACIAL 3
100% ability accuracy while sp3
Shrugg off any debuff with system check with Vibrenium armour.

T'challa's INSIGHT passive debuff Places upon #villain opponents reducing their will and ability accuracy by 200%
Making them see the world through Panther's eye. Stun for 6 second only #villain champs.
***Depend on Signature kevel

    I quite like most of that to be honest. Though he’s probably a bit too immune.
    Something like being knocked down could represent his armour being broken and making him vulnerable to those DoT effects.
    There needs to be a way for him to channel the received block damage into the offensive otherwise what you’re potentially doing is making Korg 2.0

    Give him a similar mechanic to Claire Voyant and after 4 light hits he can change his immunity.

    So he might start bleed immune - 4 light hits - poison immune - 4 light hits - coldsnap immune etc

    Also give his SP1 two bleeds with a 50% chance to place an open wound (like punisher OG does) on the opponent. If the opponent has an open wound make it a 30% chance for light or medium hits add a stackable bleeds.

    I think i have added something like that. I mean that is one of the main power of that amaizing armour he has.
    Reflecting .... I added that on "king's legacy" signature style... Restoring full the damage value yet taking reduced damage even through blocks and reflect it with next Spacial.
