I can’t use my soul keys or lost souls to get the souled out crystals

There isn’t even anything in the store like the crystal said

What the heck Kabam?!?!?!? Where are our rewards??? And why would legendary keys be traded the same as normal keys????

Same. Already commented this twice in others...

Go to Inventory.
Sell each of your remaining Hades Keys (to get new Skeleton Keys instead).
Then go to Crystals pages (NOT the Store pages) and buy Souled Out Crystals w/ the Skeleton Keys (max 15 crystals, which equals 30 old Hades Keys)

(Kabam may have to comment about missing out on not being able to use remaining Lost Souls for these, as game Mail said).

The remaining lost souls should have been automatically converted to keys

I didn’t buy keys because I thought that the souls themselves would be used to buy these crystals. I had thousands of souls but selling the spare few keys I had I only got 4 crystals. Should have been better communication and I would have purchased keys to transfer over.
