Profile picture bug

Anyone else encountering this problem, I think it's very common
No matter who my top champ is when I set him as my profile picture everyone else in the game can't see it, instead it is shown cap iw as my top champ
So there is no point this way for the top champ profile picture

Yep, even if you think you’re specifically choosing that champ for profile, if you are selecting it as the “Top Champ” profile it is based on No-Masteries (just Prestige for that champ) for how others see your top champ.

You see yourself as top champ WITH Masteries accounted for in Rating.

If you want a specific one, then select that champ specifically from further down in Pic List (just won’t have whatever his actual STAR-based Border is around it).

Your top champion is the one with the highest PI, which is Sorcerer Supreme when you count in your masteries (masteries affect different champs in slightly different ways when it comes to their PI). Everyone else doesn't have access to what masteries you use (mainly for fair balance in war) so they simply see your highest prestige champion. It's mostly the same but it can be slightly different if the prestige of certain champions is really close.
