Missing summoners advancement rewards

Me and 5 other people recently join a new alliance this past weekend and we didn’t get our rewards yet. The timer for our eligibility ended before summoners advancement ended so we should’ve been rewarded with the rewards for summoners advancement. I already put a help ticket in but haven’t heard back

    Usually we would already have the rewards by now. Don’t know why this happened we should’ve gotten them same as everyone else.
