I just found out that when you throw a sp3 as falcon against NF, even with recon still up, NF will gain the charges. The sp3 hits a bunch of times and basically gives NF 10+ charges with redwings machine guns. Not sure if this is bugged. So when fighting NF, make sure you throw your specials and stay below 3 bars of power.

Just to avoid confusion, theres 3 types of AA: offensive, defensive, and general. Defensive means only when you’re attacking.

I just tested him against Sentinel. Lock on does not seem to prevent it from gaining analysis charges.

Two things... is falcon broken atm? Didnt prevent modok autoblock at all today in war

Also, if it shuts down when u attack and recon is effective vs biohazard bleed interaction, should it also shut down hazard shift altogether?

Doesn't Modok flux grant him increased ability accuracy? You know with Kabam 1% ability accuracy for a defender always act like 150%

Just tested a theory ... successfully! Recon completely shuts down hazard shift in war (same mechanic as bleed in biohazard and incinerate of freezer burn).
