I'd like to thank the sadistic genius that thought it would be cute to put that Powerful from Afar Nova on EVERY path on the right side. Trash fight is trash.

    I can't think of a power control champion who can counter buffed up, even with the extra aptitude node.

    That nova definitely does suck, so just bait specials and pray for the best.

    Yeah the best option is to use a cosmic champ that is so op with the aptitude node that you can slap him without a problem.

    Thing is more annoying tbh. I used Venom for Nova and kept stealing the Fury. Plus hit damage really shoots up with aptitude+L2

    i did him with capiw colossus and claire, super easy fight with the right counters lol, cap for petrifies, claire for buff immunity and colossus nukes

    I leaving 3 paths for last.

    Oh Thing for me wasn't hard due to protection tbh. It just was that he refused to throw specials sometimes. Between trying to bait and maintaining the stacks as well, if he turtled, it all went to ****

    I used Surfer. Solo’d the first 2 but he got me on the third path attempt. I actually used Surfer for all the buffed up fights on that map (besides my 4* run). Surfer absolutely wrecks stuff with that Cosmic node

    Could try to start baiting him from sp1. You can just ignore the rock stacks even if he has 15 and below a bar of power. Powerful from Afar will solve the “getting him to 1 bar of power” issue for you.

    I realize it’s times when I’m greedy and trying to get him to sp2 before I start baiting that I miscue and eat sp3s.

    Nova fight really sucked used magneto due to his magnestism he didn't gain power gain buff most time
