Apocalypse bug

So i took Apoc in the mutant chapter of this months cavalier quest (2.2) and went right. Started against agent venom and worked fine no issues. But after that took the path that goes to Aarkus and he was purifying almost all parrys. Says in his sig ability that he doesn't even have 100% chance to do so it was like 80 something but Apocalypse abilities state he has 100% chance to prevent this. This has to be a bug right? This is pretty important utility for apocalypse whats up kabam?
