Haven't been able to make purchases since I got my new phone

All I have been able to do it log into my two year old phone now done for and make a purchase that way. I spent two weeks of emails trying to fix this with Kabam last year and they told me to restart my game like 20 times delete the game but anything they said didn't work. It's just stupid how they can't fix this for me or help me more than I can figure out on my own or keep giving me different members(3) of their team Everytime they forget to respond. It's not like they want my money I guess. RIP Google pixel owners.

    Obvious question (regarding that pop-up error), when you switched to new phone did you actually configure your phone to know your Google Account ?

    Just being able to login to game (or any other app) doesn’t mean that money purchases can be done unless you also re-setup your Google (or Apple) account on it (and are linked to a valid payment method).
