Gifting event question about recruits.

Season ends at 09.12.
Gifting events starts at 21.12.
Its 12 days difference, but you said if someone wants to be part of the gifting event he must be at least 14 days at alliance.

But that makes recruiting problem for us. Whu someone change alliance after season if he cant take part at gifting event? Am i getting something wrong?

    Must be in alliance for 14 days BEFORE any contributed points will actually START TO COUNT.
    You can bring someone into alliance anytime from the end of AW season (post-rewards) up until (prior to) the start of Gifting Event, and just wait for 14 days to pass before doing any of their Gifting (the Gifting period runs for 14 days)

    But the closer you wait until beginning of Gifting, the shorter timeframe they will have (towards the end of gifting) in which to do their gifts.
