Game Still Crashes and Glitching Persists - Any Fix Insight?

Constant game crashing at least 3x per day has become the norm. Entering fights where block function glitches and you get smacked is the norm. Jumpy frames in the animation is the norm. Glitches with the arena help function when asking for help is the norm. Will these things ever be fixed? I don’t want compensation. I’d just like them corrected.

my iphone 12 still has the same problem. especially when requesting help or sending help it slows down tremendously
