Update Changes Not Showing

Recently I updated my game to v29.1. But I am not able to see any changes after the update. Is there no Story Quest in this version?? Or is it a Bug?? I also got a message from the team, stating that the Event Quest has been disabled.

    The game message in question was because much earlier in the day (Tues.) there was a very brief period when the NOVEMBER EQ disappeared (and anyone inside one was kicked out).
    It was restored quickly.

    As other mentioned, the DEC. EQ doesn’t come live until later today (Wed.)
