What can Falcon's recon bypass

Good morning.
I was looking to see if anyone knew of a complete list of things that the newly buffed Falcon can bypass.
At the moment I am aware of:
All evades
Thing's Rock Stacks
Korg's Rock Shield
Electro's damage back
Morning Star's contact bleed
I also think I read somewhere that he can bypass bio hazzard.
I can confirm that his ability accuracy reduction does not shutdown diss track or buffed up type nodes.
Any further information would be super appreciated.
